Team Vitality enter the first Premier CS:GO event of the year as the second-favourite to lift the trophy, which we can’t argue with. The French squad have been phenomenal throughout 2020 and are also the only team in the scene that not only fields a six-man roster but also know how to use it.<\/p>\n

Complexity’s chances to make it far this tournament are very slim. They are arguably the weakest team at the tournament to begin with and will also miss their star AWPer Valentin “poizon” Vasilev who will get replaced by Jakob “JUGi” Hansen.<\/p>\n

Since this is the first tournament after the break, there is a world where Vitality underperform, but the same holds true for Complexity. Anything less than a 2-0 sweep for Vitality will be a massive disappointment.<\/p>\n

By acquiring FalleN, Liquid have gained exactly what they lacked, making them a very exciting team to follow in 2021, however, we don’t expect any phenomenal performances early on.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian CSGO<\/a> superstar will need a couple of weeks to gel with his new teammates and introduce his style of play, so it’s reasonable to see Liquid priced as underdogs for this match.
